Refined Baby Golden Ticket: $ X off your next order of $120 or more, valid for 30 days.

  1. The offer. Some Refined Baby orders include a Golden Ticket. The Golden Ticket gives $ X NZD off one future order placed at refinedbaby.com.

Minimum spend. The Golden Ticket can only be used on an order with a product subtotal of $120 NZD or more. The subtotal is counted before the Golden Ticket is applied and does not include shipping.

  1. Expiry. The Golden Ticket must be used within 30 days of the date the original order was dispatched. Expired tickets cannot be used or extended.
  2. How to redeem. Enter the code printed on your Golden Ticket in the discount code box at checkout. The discount is applied to your order total.

  1. One use only. Each Golden Ticket can be used once, on one order. Any unused value is not carried over or refunded.
  2. No cash value. The Golden Ticket cannot be exchanged for cash, store credit or a gift card, and cannot be used to pay for a past order.
  3. Combining offers. The Golden Ticket cannot be used with any other discount code, promotion or sale offer unless Refined Baby says otherwise.
  4. Who can use it. The Golden Ticket can be used by the person who received it or passed on to someone else. It cannot be sold.
  5. Returns and refunds. If an order that used a Golden Ticket is returned, the refund will be the amount you actually paid. If the return takes the order below $120, the discount may be deducted from the refund. The Golden Ticket will not be reissued.
  6. Lost or damaged tickets. Refined Baby cannot replace lost, stolen or damaged tickets, or tickets with an unreadable code.
  7. Misuse. Refined Baby may cancel a Golden Ticket, or the order it was used on, if the ticket has been copied, altered or obtained by fraud.
  8. Changes to the promotion. Refined Baby may change or end the Golden Ticket promotion at any time. Tickets already issued will still be honoured under the terms in place when they were issued.
  9. Your rights. All prices are in New Zealand dollars and include GST. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986.
